The Tennessee Titans have added offensive lineman Dillon Farrell to their practice squad and have waived tight end Tevin Westbrook.
Farrell, who is 6'5 and 303 pounds, played eight games for the San Francisco 49ers last season. The 25-year-old Farrell had joined the 49ers as an undrafted free agent from New Mexico.
